Since 1923, we have been producing precision screw machine and Swiss turned products to demanding customer specifications. Although the process dates back to 1873, the ease of set-up by skilled machinists, using special in-house tooling, and the ability to consistently hold very demanding tolerances, make our screw machines ideal for producing certain parts more economically than using conventional Swiss or CNC equipment. Screw machines and their capabilities, in conjunction with our CNC equipment; allow us to integrate both conventional as well as CNC technologies to develop a cost effective, efficient process for the production of your parts.

Whether your requirements are for a single piece for a prototype/test component, or high volume production quantities, we are equipped with the most efficient equipment to provide your machine products. Our Brown & Sharpe single spindle and Acme Gridley multi spindle machines can accommodate round, hex or square stock ranging from 0.063” to 6” in diameter. Our machines are equipped with machining attachments to perform secondary operations, offering you substantial cost reduction as well.
