In the past when foreign/domestic suppliers have failed to meet their scheduled delivery dates, our manufacturing team has assumed the production roll to prevent the shutdown of a customer’s assembly lines. We have also taken over jobs on a Friday afternoon, worked through the weekend to design and manufacture tooling to produce the job, produce products, perform heat treating & plating via our partners suppliers, and other secondary operations. This “extra effort” led to finished parts that were packaged and delivered on the following Monday morning.

New product launch requires manufacturing engineering expertise. Working with our customers from the development stage through design for manufacturability, to rapid prototyping, we have consistently been able to assist in reducing their costs. On request, our team can provide Same-Day design and manufacturing services, using CAD/CAM solid models. Same-Day custom design and manufacturing of tools and fixtures to produce your product, is provided based on your drawings, which we accept in any file format, to produce the required product.

High speed abrasive grinding, vertical milling, sawing, welding and CNC machining, integrated with design systems ensure tooling production to exact tolerances.
